The Jacoby Arts Center in Alton, Illinois will be displaying exhibits of long-time St. Louis JACL member Art Towata’s art. For many years Mr. Towata regularly held demonstrations and exhibited his works at a booth at the annual Japanese Festival at the Missouri Botanical Garden.
